Job Description IICA - a non profit educational Organization, founded in 1965, is offering 35 new positions for Trainee-Teacher positions to Brazil, 20 for August 2007 intake, and 15 for February,2008 entry.
Trainees are placed at one of IICA's partner-schools throughout the Nation, specially in Southeast, Mid-west and North parts of the Country, in small, medium size cities. Trainees are hosted to a screened Brazilian family, having full boarding at no cost, teach English at the host-school, learn Portuguese and participate in all cultural academic programs developed by his/her host-school. Earn an allowance of R$ 660 REAIS, monthly. At end of Program, minimum of six and maximum of twelve months, if all Program requiremets have been filled and a score of 70 credits is reached, an ETP/ESL Certificate is awarded.
