Ok, here we go,

1. go to www.mail.eslpal.com and sign in with the user name and password I sent to you. If you have lost it or forgotten it, don't worry, just go here and ask me to resend it. Contact Us. You'll have to verify using the captcha image and accept the terms, then you'll go straight to your account.

2. Change your password!! After you have logged in, click on "settings" in the top right corner, then you will see a page which has a menue across the top, look for "Accounts", click on that and then you will see "Change Password", be sure to change it to something you will remember and hard for some else to guess. That's all there is to it, now just play around with all the dynamic interactive tools integrated into your email.
